Real-time service connectivity failure. The X.509 certificate CN=WIN-5UN1NE9H382 chain building failed. The certificate that was used has a trust chain that cannot be verified. Replace the certificate or change the certificateValidationMode. The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.
I faced this error after POS had been installed and running ok for the past few days and out of sudden it stops.
I've gone through this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/axsupport/archive/2012/12/31/ax-for-retail-2012-r2-troubleshooting-the-real-time-service.aspx and don't find my problem here.
Web browse https://win-5un1ne9h382:8400/Realtimeservice/service.svc is ok.
.cer and .pfx had been installed on external machine and was working perfectly.
Has anyone face this issue before and how to solve it ? Thanks.
