Sales Price Determination: Multiply Fixed Rate (Set per Customer) to Base Price (Same for all Company)

Hi,

We have a requirement where we would like to determine sales price with a logic shown below:

1. Set common base price per item
2. Set fixed rate, that is set per customer, to multiply to base price

For the base price, I have used price discount journal and applied a base price to all customer.
However, I have no idea how I could set multiplying rate per customer.

Could you please indicate approach to realise the requirement above?
