when I'm making the sales Invoice the email template is working fine but I want to attach the sales invoice as pdf with the email template on the same email.

I am new to AX administration and am having an issue where my user attached incorrect batch numbers to a load and now he wants to cancel it and create a new load. The issue is we cannot delete it because it has work associated to it.
How do I remove the work associated so we can delete the load?

Restarted the AOS service and it started working. But, we noticed that the workflow was not working properly.
I checked the workflow batches, found that Workflow message processing batch job was in "Error" stage.
When I restarted the batch job, the AOS service crashes again.
I opened the ticket with MS support, still waiting for them,
Anyone have faced this before, appreciate any support

Hi Team,
I have one P.O and having 10 qty. I have applied 50% prepayment in the P.O for 02 qty and posted the same. And after receiving the partial invoice for 02 qty, I have settled the prepayment invoice.
Now I have tried to apply the 50% prepayment next 02 qty, but the prepayment option was greyed, and not able to update the same.
Is the process is like that or some setup is missing?

I am creating project from Quote , I am not able to transfer Forecast created through WBS. It's because of Validation in Project management and accounting parameter where Project/Category is mandatory.
System is popping up message category is not assigned on Project , which definitely can be assigned before creation of Project. It's happening in Standard Dynamics 365 FO ( latest version) environment
Is there ant way to handle this scenario?

my parameter is called Ex_ListProductosCab_fechaDesde, not as it appears in the error, I think that name was another dataset but that I had deleted.
Has anyone ever created a list of empty locations for Inventory management (not WMS)?
Sometimes it is very handy to find an empty spot there.
This seems not available within standard. Has anyone experience on how to create one?

We have created an intercompany PO(10 qty) and 9 qty have been invoiced. When I try to invoice the PO the pending invoice remaining one line not showing while i am selecting Default quantity for lines: Product Receipt quantity.
If I select "Order Quantity" that remaining one item is showing.

I have an issue when printing the Ledger Transaction List report with one year data filter, it's causing the timeout error.
I also have checked on SQL Server Reporting Services, the current default report timeout is 1800.
I want to know if im going to increase the report timeout value, any necessary steps that i need to perform and aware?

This is an advanced question for those who have implemented Project-based productions.
I have a situation where a company does everything for a Project with simultaneously so many projects in hand.
1- There is production and hence Categories are to be used for Operations in Route cards against Production orders generated from Project in Project module. Every Project can have unique cost per operation and per same category. How to manage this in category wise costing and Estimate run for production order?
2- Company maintains Project Budgets. and hence all Production orders created from Projects also have a budget. I know there is a configuration of posting Production costs to Projects by using Consumption method but it does not work if we maintain Production Costing sheets etc. How to resolve this to have strong budget overview always for whole Project?

I have made my VAT payments for the month and when running this report:
General ledger > Reports > External > VAT payments
I have a VAT code that appears twice thus doubling the amount.
If I check what has been posted on the VAT code and the posted VAT on the VAT payments voucher, I can see the amount has been posted just once. It is a conditional VAT code but still, I don't see anything wrong with the postings.
Any ideas?

I have a customized form where I have created a range in the init method of the form to enable users to see only the records where the user's personnel number matches with the employee Id field in the table. below is the code that I have added and its works fine. Now I need to add one more range that there is a field named USERID in the table and match it with curUserId(). So the user will be able to view the records created by him and where ever his employee id is mentioned by some other user also. I hope the requirement is clear how Can I add it in the below code ?
