I am trying to upgrade sandbox from PU update 15 to PU 20 from LCS. Every step executed as expected bu on step 74 I received some error related to MRO.
When I checked logs and event viewer it is showing below error.
Please help what should I do? I tried to follow steps of http://d365foe.blogspot.com/2018/01/how-to-solve-issue-when-dvt-script-for.html blog.
I tried to restart IIS services.

Most of the time this error occurred , We change and set Ledger account for inventory profit in item group or Inventsettlement table. but this time we cant solve this issue.
One of developers , delete inventory closing record in inventclosing Table,
however , now how we can reverse operation ?

I have trouble with Customer - Exch. adj., Ledger/Customer of Default Description in AX 2012 R2.
I set up Text: %1_%2_%3_%4 Customer - Exch. adj., Ledger in Default description form. (Organization administration > Setup)
I post the payment journal for the foreign customer and the value of %1 - %2 - %3 is displayed, but %4(Customer Account Number) is not displayed in trial balance form.
(Follow this link %4 must be Customer/Vendor (Transaction type: Customer/vendor Exchange Adjustment)

I have a requirement where we are using IFRS standard. When we have a PO invoice where the vendor is taking care of paying the tax to the authorities, for example the invoice line item total is 100$ and tax is 7$, so the invoice total is 107$.
When we post the invoice the expected GL voucher is :
AP CR 107$ and Item cost - expense DB 107$. We don't want any transaction to go to the sales tax code assigned GL account #.
This is not use tax because the vendor is charging the tax and he is in charge of paying the authorities. if it is not standard IFRS recommendation, please provide details or references.
Any idea for a workaround? other than to remove the tax code on the line item?

Hi,
We have an AOS server and Batch server separately. This is a development and testing environment. Our batch server is working only when Enable breakpoints to debug x++ running on server is turned OFF. Enabling this parameter will make AOS restart.
to debug x++ code running on server, I have to turn this ON. for that, I had to stop my colleagues working, save their stuff and enable the parameter which in turn restarts AOS and then i have to do my debugging.
I believe there should be a easier way of handling this?

Now we have around 2,500 Items in the AX that the MRP should be run for them and calculate the planned orders based on the Item coverage and demand forecast setup. At the time of running MRP for whole Items, we will get a CLR error exception in the Class “ReqCalc”, method

The point is that when we run MRP for just one Item from the error list, we will not face any error. So, we have tried to run MRP for small Item groups, gradually. We have divided Items to five groups with a different number of members, and run MRP for each group separately. But again we face the same error for groups with more than 100 members.
Here you can see the MRP setup in the below screenshots. Also, please note that now we have seven different Coverage groups that five of them are manual, and for the remain two Coverage group, the setup is same

Is it possible to configure 2 different BCP on one server running Dynamics AX R4 (CU12)
This server is used as acceptance and test server.
There is 2 AX databases on it, one is a true copy of the production database + model to make test or reproduce bugs encored on the production environment, the other is used to test new releases of our third party contractor.
Each DB has is own AOS instance so users can works on each database as he want just run the correct configuration (axc file)
There is 2 ssrs instances, linked to each AOS instance (each AOS has his own report server instance). Of course, DIEXF must be available too.
AOS1 -> DB1
AOS2 -> DB2
AOS1 -> SSRS1
AOS2 -> SSRS2
The problem is that the instances seems to use the same Business Connector Proxy. BCP by default is linked to AOS1, so if someone using AOS2 launches a report (hosted in SSRS 2), the report get datas from the DB1 (because BCP is linked to DB1 via AOS1)
To avoid this, we need to install a second BCP, this one must be linked to the 2nd DB and used by the 2nd AOS.
So, is it possible to make this and how ?
We can not afford a new server to split roles.

I have an item that that tracking dimension 'BSA'.
When I look at the on hand inventory I have 2 records with different Invent Batch Id's.
When I try to change the quantity, the system only lets use one of these batch Id's.
I tried updating the Invent Dim record of the one that the system doesn't accept to the one that it does accept and it worked.
But I want to check and see if anyone has an objection to this solution.

instead of From Date we need to show like From Year and for ToDate we need to show like ToYear eg : user can select only Year like 2018,2019,2020, etc..
