Batch order picking list Raw material validation in AX 2012

In ax 2012 we have created formula for Some FG item. Which consumes multiple raw material and packing materials. Some items user may use or some other items they may add while doing the picking list.

1) In a batch order picking list how do we ensure certain items in the formula is used to produce  the finished good item .
2)How do we ensure that  in a picking list, for producing X quantity of  FG item Y quantity of RAW material is consumed (with some tolerance%)
