Data Migration from SharePoint to Dynamics AX 2012 R3

Hi,

I am working on a project where I have to migrate the data from SharePoint to Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

The Migration can be done either by first connecting the SharePoint to database and then migrate the data to Dynamics AX 2012.

Have anyone worked in this scenario? If yes, please provide a direction where and how I can proceed and migrate the data into the Dynamics AX 2012 R3.(Want the fields to Auto Populate in AX environment).

Version: SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, SQL 2008.
