Singapore - Sales tax reporting codes

I'm looking for the Singapore reporting codes to run the tax report. (GL->Sales tax payments->Sales tax payments)

Setup:

GL->Setup->External->Sales tax reporting codes

And the I have to configured it under the Sales tax code. (Report setup)
