We have an issue where our order taker will attach the original order to the sales order in AX, but when she goes back to check it, sometimes it is not there. I have watched this happen. After that, I had her delete her AppData, this did not do anything. I also deleted her Usage data that was related and it continues to occur. I have attempted to replicate this on my instance of AX, however, I have not been able to. This does not occur on every order, only one or two a week. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?
