AOS Server "Crash"

Hi. I'm experiencing a problem with our AOS randomly. Some user makes a query wich causes the AX Client to stop responding and crashes. This leaves the AOS in a state where it uses 100% of one system Core in the server and leaves som unfinished queries in the SQL server. If the same user switches to another AOS server, the query will still fail because it's locked in the SQL DB. If i manually kill the users "left over sessions" in the SQL server, the query can be executed on another AOS. But the AOS witch first had the problem, will still be in high CPU usage, and the only way to fix this, is to restart the server or service.

Theres no event's in the AOS log regarding this issue. The query that was terminated in the SQL server to obtain normal functionality again were ( The SQL statement was: "UPDATE PRODTABLE SET ROUTEJOBS=?,RECVERSION=? WHERE ((RECID=?) AND (RECVERSION=?))")

This happens maybe once a week, always random users and queries. Our Kernel and application version is 6.0.1108.2423 And i've been informed by our developers, that it's not possible to upgrade the AOS and the Client unless all our customizations is rewritten ect. for the system to work afterwards.

Has any of you experienced something similar, or have any good ideas to get this issue solved.

Also to mention, i cannot replicate the problem, since it's 100% random. Please keep in mind, that i'm no developer only a AX Noob system administrator
