Workflow Error: Cannot create a record in Alerts - event inbox data (EventInboxData). Error accessing database connection.

Hi,

We have this workflow error that only happened on our Purchase Order workflow and it happened randomly.

To temporarily resolve, I just resume the workflow and it will continue. after the next approver approved, this error will show  again  and I have to resume again. I will repeat this process until the PO is approved.
