Filter in Grid Issue

Hello

One of our users is having a problem with filtering in grid.

When in any grid (i.e. AP Vendors Grid), Right Click -> Filter By Field, the Filter dialog box is displayed,with only the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons with no place to enter the filter text.

She has tried this with several fields from multiple devices with the same result.
