HI, I am trying to receive materials though mobile device for sales order return. in this case work is getting and generated and i am able to post the work. but i cannot find any shipment associated with this.
my issue is, when i try to receive purchase order throw mobile device system is generating shipment and when i post the shipment, product receipt to that corresponding PO is getting posted. but when i receive sales order return though mobile device system is generating only work and shipment is missing due to this i am not able to post packing slip though mobile device.
Am i missing any setup?
