When I go to alert notifications Go to original,the form called display the last record that the record in the notification isn't selected in the calling form

Plz somebody help me as in the budget transaction form and the workflow is running on the form once the notification came out and am trying to select go to original to open the form of the selected record but it displays the last record which isn't correct
