How to find the Current Version Folder in the Local Computer

i want to disable the UAC in the Local Computer, 

i am finding one Command to Disable the UAC in the Local Computer,

in this Blog This Guy is used to fix the Problem with the Command.

reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD  /d 0 /f

i don't understand what is this Command.

i can't Able to see the CurrentVersion Folder in My Computer.
